1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Moose Jaw platform and any related services made available to users in Canada. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the services immediately. The company reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Periodic review of this document is recommended.
These terms apply to all registered and unregistered users who access any part of the Moose Jaw platform from within Canada.
2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be of legal gambling age in your province or territory of residence to register an account and use the services. In most Canadian provinces, the minimum age is 19 years. In Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec, the minimum age is 18 years. Access to gambling services by individuals who do not meet the applicable age requirement is not permitted.
2.2 Residency and Location
The services are available only to users physically located in eligible Canadian jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your province or territory. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is not permitted is prohibited.
2.3 Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold a single account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately using the contact channels listed in Section 8 of these terms.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users of the Moose Jaw platform are prohibited from engaging in the following:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account use
- Attempting to circumvent geolocation or age-verification measures
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate platform activity
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent conduct
- Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities
- Opening or operating accounts on behalf of another person
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Canadian federal or provincial law
The company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, or referral to relevant authorities.
4. Account Suspension and Closure
4.1 Closure by the User
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Requests will be processed in accordance with internal procedures. Any pending transactions at the time of closure will be handled according to the applicable rules in effect at that time.
4.2 Closure by the Company
The company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the services or to other users. In cases of confirmed violations, funds associated with the account may be forfeited.
4.3 Self-Exclusion
Users who wish to restrict their own access to the platform for responsible gaming purposes may request a self-exclusion period. Details of this process are set out in the Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of the overall framework governing use of the services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content available through the Moose Jaw platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface elements, and structural design, is the property of Moose Jaw or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written authorization from Moose Jaw.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Moose Jaw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical interruptions, system errors, or unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint relating to your account, a transaction, or any aspect of the services, you should submit a formal written complaint to the support team using the contact details in Section 8. Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged, and a substantive response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant provincial regulatory authority. In Ontario, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and iGaming Ontario provide oversight and dispute escalation mechanisms for regulated online gambling services. Regulatory complaint processes may take up to 90 days.
8. Contact Information
For questions, account matters, or formal complaints relating to these Terms of Use, contact the Moose Jaw support team through the official contact channels listed on the platform. Verbal complaints are not accepted as formal submissions. All formal communications should be made in writing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you are located. Any disputes arising under these terms that are not resolved through the internal complaint process are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant Canadian province.
